The Tigray Diaspora Survey team has compiled a list of resources that we hope will be of help to those who are experiencing feelings of confusion, anxiety, grief and despair about the situation in Tigray. We have included links to services and support groups below – we will endeavour to update this list as we identify additional resources. Please remember, your mental health should always come first.
